Job Description
The Online Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for processing online order fulfillment and training of Team Members on the online order fulfillment process and accuracy. The role involves ensuring Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders are fulfilled within a four-hour timeframe and collaborating with Store Leadership and Corporate Partners regarding the online fulfillment processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
  • Able to lift and move 50 pounds on a regular basis and climb ladders
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
