Job Description
The Online Fulfillment Coordinator is the in-store expert for online fulfillment, processing orders and training team members. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration with others.
Requirements
Responsible for ensuring Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders are fulfilled within a four-hour timeframe.
Ensure payment is collected for BOPIS orders by completing audits and ensuring proper training of those responsible for completing orders.
Ensure Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders are fulfilled and shipped within a two day timeframe unless specifically marked for next day delivery service.
Maintain accurate filing and organization of all paperwork and forms related to online fulfillment.
Properly prepare and pack customer orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner.
Coordinate and communicate daily online fulfillment needs within the store.
Organize, stock, audit, and fulfill layaway orders during the holidays.
Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
