Role OverviewAs an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, you will be responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will provide a positive customer service experience and adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include selecting and gathering products, assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will also be responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment, reporting discrepancies, and performing required opening and closing procedures.
