Role OverviewAs an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, you will select and gather products for customers' online orders, assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver orders to customers' cars. You will provide a positive customer service experience and adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include selecting and gathering products, assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will also need to communicate with customers via a portable phone, respond to calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure the quality and freshness of all items chosen.
