Role OverviewAs an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, you will select and gather products for customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store for pick up. You will provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include assembling customers' online orders, processing coupons and payment, delivering and loading orders to cars, and communicating with customers via a portable phone. You will also be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
