Role OverviewThe Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. They will assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store for pick up.
What You Will Do
The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk will scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards. They will communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers' orders at the time of pick-up. They will also meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
