The Online Sales Concierge will convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales, ensuring a positive experience for potential customers. This role involves managing leads, producing sales reports, and maintaining knowledge of communities and products.

Requirements

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads
  • Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic
  • Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner
