Role OverviewThe Online Sales Concierge will specialize in converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales for D.R. Horton, Inc. The role involves managing incoming leads, ensuring a positive customer experience, and converting qualified leads into office appointments.
What You Will Do
Manage internet leads, enter and update customer information, exercise qualification skills, produce sales and marketing reports, and generate new customer opportunities through prospecting and lead development.
