As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction. You'll organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind. You'll offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
What You Will Do
As an Online Shopper, you'll greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service. You'll maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area. You'll assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online. You'll support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
