Onsite Lead - Full-Stack (People Tech - HR & Organization Planning)

The Onsite Lead - Full-Stack (People Tech - HR & Organization Planning) will be responsible for leading a team of developers in building and maintaining enterprise-scale platforms for HR and organization planning. The role requires a strong technical background, experience in managing large-scale platform development, and a track record of driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting technical direction for the team, driving consensus, and successful cross-functional partnerships. They will also be responsible for managing enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support, as well as improving quality through thoughtful code reviews and proactive changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience + PhD
• Hands-on experience with managing enterprise scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support
• Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment
• Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
• Experience as a team lead and/or technical architect with a large scope across one or multiple domains.
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain functional domain.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
