The successful candidate will have the opportunity to meet with prospective buyers, communicate the benefits of their newly constructed residential homes, and close sales. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, previous sales experience, and a current local Real Estate license.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming visitors, providing literature and information, demonstrating models and homes, overcoming sales objections, and closing sales. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting sales transactions, following up on loan applications, and monitoring sales and cancellations.
