Role OverviewThe Onsite Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing ongoing porter/custodial duties, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, and identifying and repairing health and safety risks on the property.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and documenting common area and unit repairs, as well as maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents and employees.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school education or equivalent
- Minimum five years related maintenance experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing and Harassment Awareness policies
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication and computer skills
