Job Description
Inizio Partners is seeking an Onsite Project Engineer - Zoom for a key client. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and user support of Zoom Rooms, training and supporting technical staff, and providing executive support and training.
Requirements
Troubleshooting and User Support of Zoom Rooms and General Zoom inquiries
Training and supporting L1 and other technical staff
Providing executive support and training to executive admins as needed
Monitoring of events
Proactive support (Monitoring, Config and Updates, System Optimization)
Validation of new Software and Hardware including Beta
Escalation to Zoom Engineering if determined a Zoom Software issue.
Recording and reporting of issues (case tracking, weekly/monthly reporting)
Install, repair, and configuration of Zoom Rooms
Review A/V and M&E line drawings for new Zoom Rooms.
Document & inventory Zoom Room & Phone appliances.
Provisioning of customers approved hardware
Create & set up Zoom Room account profiles.
Assist as Tier 1 for networkable Zoom & Crestron appliances that may be offline during validation.
Perform site surveys during the handoff from the A/V integrator to ensure rooms are complete and ready for validation.
Perform functional validation of each Zoom Room to ensure the room account is online, appliances are updated to the latest firmware, OS & software version, configured correctly & all Zoom Room features are operational.
As time permits, may help with the Zoom Phone rollout
