Requirements

  • Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations
  • Provide exemplary customer service in person, on the phone and via email
  • Utilize reference material to ensure compliance and confidentiality
  • Attend training sessions as required
  • Perform other related duties to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company
