Role OverviewAs a Warehouse Manager, you'll manage an entire site within a customer's distribution center, building/maintaining relationships, managing operations, and ensuring high employee satisfaction.

Manage employees, communicate goals, maintain quality and safety standards, train associates, and analyze site data to improve operational excellence.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll need 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments, and proficiency in MS Office products. Spanish is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Forklift Certification Required
- Valid driver's license required
