Job Description

Onyx Government Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the modernization and consolidation of ATF’s firearms licensing, tracing, and registration portfolio. The role will focus on delivery, sustainment, and compliance with federal security standards. This is a highly technical role requiring fluency in Agile/DevSecOps and a deep understanding of ATF's security policies.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance
10+ years of program management experience leading federal IT modernization or enterprise system integration efforts
Experience with ATF or DOJ systems (regulatory licensing, firearms/explosives tracing, law enforcement mission support)
Agile/DevSecOps leadership experience
Service Management expertise
PMP or PgMP Certification
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Agile/SAFe certification
Strong knowledge of NIST/FIPS compliance and ATO/ATT processes
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
