Job Description
Seeking a professional and experienced heavy recovery operator to operate heavy service recovery vehicles and provide towing and recovery services for commercial vehicles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of towing safety practices, equipment handling, and regulatory standards
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle towing and recovery
  • Mastery of advanced recovery techniques, including the use of winches and reintegration of vehicles
  • Proven ability to handle complex challenges on the road under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers
  • Ability to navigate mobile applications, digital platforms, and application-based workflows
