Job Description
Heavy recovery operator to operate heavy service recovery vehicles and provide towing and recovery services for commercial vehicles, with a focus on advanced recovery techniques, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred; a CDL is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of towing safety practices, equipment handling, and regulatory standards is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle towing and recovery is required.
  • Advanced recovery techniques, including winching and reintegration of vehicles, are a must.
  • Proven ability to handle complex challenges on the road under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
