Requirements

• Operate heavy service recovery vehicles for towing and recovery of commercial vehicles
• Perform advanced recovery tasks, including the use of winches and vehicle reintegration
• Respond to roadside assistance requests, such as battery jumps, tire changes, door openings, and other support services
• Ensure safe and proper transportation of vehicles, following all safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of services and recovery activities
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, even in high-pressure situations
• Comply strictly with local, state, and federal towing regulations and safety standards
