Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and professional heavy recovery operator to operate heavy recovery service vehicles and provide towing and recovery services for commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing exceptional roadside assistance.

Requirements

  • Operate heavy recovery service vehicles for towing and recovering commercial vehicles.
  • Perform advanced recovery tasks, including the use of winches and repositioning of vehicles.
  • Respond to roadside assistance requests, such as jump-starts, tire changes, door openings, and other support services.
  • Ensure safe and proper transportation of vehicles, following all safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on recovery vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and recovery activities.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Comply strictly with local, state, and federal towing regulations and safety standards.
