Requirements

• Operate heavy-duty recovery vehicles for towing and recovering commercial vehicles.
• Perform advanced recovery tasks, including the use of winches and reintegration of vehicles.
• Respond to roadside assistance requests, such as battery jump-starts, tire changes, door openings, and other support services.
• Ensure the safe and proper transportation of vehicles, following all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on recovery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of services and recovery activities.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
• Comply strictly with local, state, and federal towing regulations and safety standards.
