We are looking for a skilled and professional heavy recovery operator to operate heavy-duty recovery vehicles and provide recovery and towing services for commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will excel in advanced recovery techniques, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing exceptional roadside assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history; CDL preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of towing safety practices, equipment operation, and regulatory standards
  • At least 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle towing and recovery
  • Dominance of advanced recovery techniques, including winch use and vehicle reintegration
  • Proven ability to handle complex challenges on the road under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
