Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of towing safety practices, equipment handling, and regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle towing and recovery.
• Mastery of advanced recovery techniques, including winch use and vehicle reintegration.
• Proven ability to manage complex challenges on the road under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to navigate mobile apps, digital platforms, and app-based workflow.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of services and towing activities.
