Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of towing safety practices, equipment handling, and regulatory standards
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle towing and recovery
• Mastery of advanced recovery techniques, including the use of winches and vehicle reintegration
• Proven ability to manage complex challenges on the road under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
