Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of towing safety practices, equipment handling, and regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle towing and recovery.
• Mastery of advanced recovery techniques, including the use of winches and reintegration of vehicles.
• Proven ability to handle complex challenges on the road under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Modern smartphone with active internet connection for efficient task execution and communication.
