We are seeking a skilled and professional heavy recovery operator to operate heavy service recovery vehicles and provide towing and recovery services for commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will excel in advanced recovery techniques, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing exceptional roadside assistance.

Requirements

  • Operate heavy service recovery vehicles for towing and recovery of commercial vehicles.
  • Perform advanced recovery tasks, including the use of winches and vehicle reintegration.
  • Respond to roadside assistance requests, such as jump starts, tire changes, door openings, and other support services.
  • Ensure the safe and proper transportation of vehicles, following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and recovery activities.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strictly comply with local, state, and federal towing regulations and safety standards.
