Job Description
The Operating Engineer position is responsible for maintaining position appropriate knowledge and understanding of building systems, operational lease requirements, inspection processes, and maintenance of systems. The role also involves performing all necessary operational activities, conducting operational tasks, and maintaining and updating departmental records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required
  • Related industry experience of 3 to 5 years
  • Appropriate industry licenses and certifications for electrical, mechanical, and safety training preferred
