Role OverviewThe Operating Room Assistant Technician assists the surgical team during operating procedures under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The position requires direct patient care, arranging sterile set up, adjusting lights, cleaning operating room, and skin preparation prior to surgery.
What You Will Do
Assist patients with personal care needs, participate in the plan of care, collect test specimens, and document patient care activities. Assist customers in a friendly, prompt, caring manner, and maintain confidentiality and respect.
