Role OverviewOrlando Health is hiring registered nurses with advanced care experience for our operating rooms across the hospital system. The role involves caring for patients needing complex assessments, intensive interventions, and continuous high-level nursing vigilance.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include demonstrating advanced knowledge, skills, and judgment in caring for patients, effectively using data to anticipate and respond to changing patient conditions, and coordinating care and delegating to other team members.

The role requires a graduate of an approved school of nursing, current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), and at least 1 year Operating Room experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas
- At least 1 year Operating Room experience
