Operational Excellence Engineer – Manufacturing seeks to support performance improvement initiatives across the plant by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and strengthen operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Material Science, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Familiarity with production workflows, process standardization, and quality improvement techniques
  • Experience with tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, and failure analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to train, coach, and influence team members
  • Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills
