Role OverviewOperational Excellence Specialist will help improve how Mustang Rental Services works across its rental operations by identifying opportunities, facilitating improvement activities, and building a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you'll work closely with branch and operational teams to improve efficiency, consistency, productivity, and customer outcomes by leading and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives, facilitating Kaizen and process mapping activities, and analyzing processes to identify waste and inefficiencies.

Requirements

- Foundational understanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement, process improvement, or structured problem solving
- Experience working with KPIs, operational data, or performance reporting
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems, dashboards, or reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at different levels of the organization
- A proactive mindset with the curiosity and initiative to challenge existing processes and find better ways to work
