Job Description
Dungarvin is seeking an Operational Program Director to manage programs in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in behavioral science or a related field, 3 years of experience supervising staff in the human service field, and valid driver's license.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field
  • 3 years' experience supervising staff in the human service field
  • Valid United States Driver's License with acceptable motor vehicle background check
  • Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete personal cares and lift and transfer
  • Ability to transport persons served in the community
  • Good decision-making, time management and communication skills
