Job Description
The Operational Strategy team works across the enterprise to establish investment and partnership strategies to meet customer demand, improve company performance, and introduce new technologies into the shipyard. The Operational Strategy Manager will lead operational strategy development to increase shipbuilding throughput, analyze constraints and opportunities, identify solutions, both internal and through partnerships, and lead stakeholders to execute the strategy.

Requirements

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies across operations, supply chain, workforce, and infrastructure
  • Conducting diagnostic analyses to identify constraints and opportunities
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to streamline operations
  • Managing execution of initiatives by partnering with stakeholders across the company
  • Preparing strategy documents for senior internal and external stakeholders
