Job Description
The Massachusetts Veterans Home (MVH) of Chelsea is seeking an Operations Account Coordinator to process transactions, monitor funding levels, and support fiscal needs. The role will utilize the Commonwealth Information Warehouse to access information and provide regular reporting. The Operations Account Coordinator will also participate in emergency response and contribute to policy and procedure updates.

Requirements

  • Process encumbrances, payments, and accounts payable documents
  • Monitor expenditure levels for various agency accounts and encumbrances
  • Complete ISAs, including BGCN/BGRG entries, and track spending against interagency appropriations
  • Interpret vendor invoices and Department encumbrance transactions
  • Monitor, track, and analyze CHE expenditures during activations
