Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Accounting Specialist to join our team at AAA Western and Central New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, corporate purchasing, operational accounting, and operational reporting review. They will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our members and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Experience supporting general accounting functions
  • Familiarity with corporate credit card or expense management programs
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
