Role OverviewThe Operations Adviser will provide strategic operational support and policy guidance to Country Management Units (CMUs) and Global Practice (GP) teams in the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and Pakistan (MENAAP) Region. The role involves advising Regional management and staff on complex operational issues, championing innovative operational approaches, and leading regional portfolio monitoring efforts.
What You Will Do
The Operations Adviser will effectively act as the deputy to the Development Effectiveness Manager, provide strategic operational support, and advise on complex operational issues. They will also champion the identification and dissemination of innovative operational approaches, lead regional portfolio monitoring efforts, and provide strategic guidance to CMU staff and GP teams.
