Job Description
The Operations Agent oversees daily airport operations by coordinating departments, managing flight and gate logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving issues to maintain smooth, efficient, and passenger-focused airport functioning.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in airport operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of airport operations and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in using airport management software and systems
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
