Job Description

Front is looking for an Operations AI Engineer to design and ship multi-step AI workflows that integrate with real business systems and support real users across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

Requirements

Design and ship multi-step, production-grade AI agents that automate complex GTM workflows end-to-end
Translate business requirements into robust agent architectures
Build multi-agent systems where specialized agents collaborate and hand off work
Integrate agents with Salesforce APIs and structured business data in Snowflake
Partner with IT/Security and Data Engineering counterparts
Define and improve reliability patterns
