Role OverviewThe Operations Aide is responsible for transporting clients to and from appointments, interviews, and resources to assist in overcoming abuse they have experienced. The role involves scheduling and maintaining a weekly calendar of approved client transportation, documenting client transportation, and assisting with the upkeep of agency vehicles. The Aide will also assist with the Donation Center & Client Closet operations and answer the agency's crisis intervention hotline.
What You Will Do
Provide transportation assistance for shelter, hotel, and non-residential clients, schedule and maintain a weekly calendar of approved client transportation, complete proper documentation of client transportation, and assist with the upkeep of agency vehicles.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in transportation services
- Possession of valid, non-suspended Texas Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle report, and reference checks
- Must have a clean driving record/ have automobile insurance coverage and be insurable/ have at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience
- Ability to work untraditional hours, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift/carry/move a minimum of 40 lbs. for an extended distance
