Role OverviewThe Operations Analyst II - Help Desk Technician will serve as a help desk technician to resolve business office technical issues directly, or properly and timely assign tickets to the correct team. The incumbent will also serve as a business and systems information conduit between stakeholders, internal and external customers, system administrators, and technology and support teams.

Responsibilities include resolving business office technical issues, analyzing tradeoffs between system usability and business needs, assisting with asset management and annual property inventory, and facilitating system quality assurance testing.
