Job Description
Southwest Power Pool is seeking an Operations Analyst II or I to join their team. The Operations Analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining processes, procedures, and controls used by real-time Operations personnel. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline and relevant job-related experience. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance operational tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain operational processes, procedures, and controls
  • Support real-time Operations through tools, analysis, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational solutions
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements
  • Apply industry standards and ensure compliance with governing requirements
  • Assist with project management, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Support stakeholder engagement, meetings, and documentation
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts, including audits and process reviews
