Role OverviewWe are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our team in providing clean energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer calls and data to determine the location and cause of power outages, dispatching response personnel, and performing callouts in ARCOS.
What You Will Do
The Operations Analyst will gather and analyze data, determine action plans, and provide customer service to internal and external clients. The role requires hands-on dispatch/operations center experience, prioritizing and handling changing priority levels, and analyzing large datasets.

Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Hands-on dispatch/operations center experience
- Prior dispatch skills (911 operations centers, utilities operations centers)
- Customer service skills with prior experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role
- Analyzing large subsets of data from multiple information sources
