Role OverviewThe Operations Analyst will help design and implement a lean, responsive, and rapid decision-making model supporting Office of Health Informatics (OHI) EHRM within the current VHA governance structure. This individual will also provide solutioning and decision-making support, research and analysis, program management and communications support for the EHRM Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams.
What You Will Do
Track EHR Council actions and escalate identified risks. Contribute to solving complex Council issues. Drive rapid decision-making within Tier 1 of the Tiered Resolution Pathway. Facilitate and document meetings for VHA EHRM Tier 1 SME Teams, Workgroups and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to interact and engage with executive-level stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance and legal authorization to work in the U.S. is also necessary.
