Role OverviewThe Operations Analyst will work in the Analytics, Reporting & Data Enablement (COMAR) division, responsible for managing IFC's analytics and reporting platforms, leading management reporting and corporate performance monitoring, building AI-enabled analytics and insights, coordinating IFC's data governance body and program, managing portfolio solutions and outsourced operations, and delivering data literacy and engagement programs.

Key tasks and responsibilities include: Gain a deep understanding of IFC’s Investment Operations business processes and data to deliver innovative solutions, Partner with business and technical stakeholders across the organization to translate challenging business problems into impactful data science solutions, Recommend and pursue data science solutions to discover business insights and enable business functions to be data-driven.
