Role OverviewThe Operations Analyst will work under the direction of the Skilled Trade Strategic Advisor, analyzing work order/operations data to answer stakeholder questions, identify trends, and make recommendations for operational improvements in NYCHA communities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing reports, conducting analyses, drafting policy memos and presentations, and completing ad-hoc reporting and data entry.
