Requirements

  • Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, and rental departments
  • Supervise the operation of the service department and ensure efficient workflow
  • Foster a positive customer and employee relations atmosphere
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Review and analyze department data to meet sales, profit, and operational goals
  • Manage KPIs including technician efficiency, parts turns, rental utilization, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement, monitor, and refine processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Process and review work orders, invoicing, and customer quotes
  • Oversee payroll entry and audit for accuracy
  • Purchase order acquisition and coordination
  • Monitor work in progress and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain condition of service vehicles and facility
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance
  • Incorporate company guiding principles into daily activities
