Role OverviewJoin our team as an Operations Assistant in a fast-paced, patient-first environment. You'll work Monday-Friday, daytime only, with no nights or weekends. Our team is focused on women's health and early cancer detection.
What You Will Do
Welcome patients warmly, verify insurance, help with intake forms, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider schedules. You'll also become an expert in our Infinitt scheduling software and use Excel/SharePoint for daily productivity tracking.

Requirements
- 1+ year medical office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service mindset — on-the-job training or certificate a plus
- Able to sit at a computer for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally travel to other WIS sites
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical admin certification a plus
