Role OverviewThe Operations Assistant provides exceptional customer service on the Membership Helpline, processes memberships and gifts, and maintains constituent records in the Salesforce database. The role requires working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Assistant will work 14 hours a week, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing customer service, processing memberships and gifts, maintaining constituent records, participating in routine tasks, and assisting with fundraising and special events. The Operations Assistant will also prepare contribution record forms, provide details to the Accounting Office, and assist with administrative support for the Development department.

Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, and ticketing systems is preferred. The candidate should be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Experience with Ticketure or other ticketing systems preferred
- Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with financial transactions, specifically with a point-of-sale system preferred
- Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills
