Job Description
Operations Associate I role involves performing various operational and administrative activities, routine to complex in nature, related to client relationships and account administration. The incumbent is expected to perform routine and complex duties of the job functions, with a certain degree of creativity, diplomacy, and latitude required.

Requirements

  • Processes all client requests including deposits, disbursements, transfers, account openings and closings on a daily basis
  • Communicates directly with clients to obtain approvals when necessary, in collaboration with client team members
  • Responsible for the organization, maintenance and storage of client files on Salesforce
  • Researches and resolves discrepancies and client inquiries
  • Assists with preparation of client meeting materials
  • Handles clerical responsibilities such as phones, mailings, copying and scanning
  • Assists the department manager in special projects as required
  • Part of a team offering administrative support within the organization
