Job Description
The Operations Associate I will aid in production processing work across the factory's 24/7 compressed shifts. This role involves setting up production equipment, preparing raw materials, and performing verifications of materials to complete production batches successfully.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in windows-based computer applications
  • Ability to read and write in the English language
  • Ability to read specs and follow work instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lift up to 40 pounds
